She speaks three languages and is learning a fourth, so it’s no surprise the lingo of social media is intuitive for Threshold Media’s Jamila Abdikarimova.

As our Marketing Specialist, Jamila is a pro at knowing what imagery and messaging will resonate on social media for Threshold’s different clients. On any day, you’ll find her writing Instagram posts, snapping and editing photos, scheduling social media calendars, or helping with graphic design.

With a Russian mother, a Kazakh father, a Ukrainian grandfather and a Chinese great grandfather, Zhamilya brings a multi-cultural perspective to Threshold’s work. She’s also no stranger to diving in to learn new things. “With different tasks for me to do every day and a different approach to every client, no day is like any other,” she says. “It always makes me excited about tomorrow.”
